About Caroline

I've been providing childcare since I was 11 years old and have extensive experience caring for children of all ages, from infants to teenagers. I come from a family-centered background and have helped care for siblings, godchildren, and children within my own household. I also have experience supporting children with special needs, including caring for an autistic godchild, which has strengthened my patience, awareness, and ability to adapt to each child's unique needs. Safety, structure, and emotional support are always my top priorities. I'm attentive, calm, and nurturing, while also keeping children engaged with age-appropriate activities, routines, and positive guidance.
