About Caroline

Hi I'm Caroline and I'm a masters of public health student at GWU who loves kids and is looking for part time work. In high school I babysat for three years pretty consistently and worked at a local children's theatre on school breaks. For the last seven years I've worked with Celiac Kids Connection mentoring children with celiac disease, writing kid-friendly recipes, and doing cooking demos. From both babysitting and working with children with celiac disease I have a lot of experience preventing cross contamination and preparing food for children with severe food allergies.
