About Caroline

My personal mission is to be a light and advocate in all that I do. My heart firmly believes that all children are inherently good and deserve the highest quality of care and compassion. I have experience working with children ranging from 10 months to 10 years of age. My bachelor's degree is in Child Development with a minor in Counseling. I have three years experience working in a clinical setting as a registered behavioral therapist, where I provided ABA services to children who have autism. This last year I have worked as a full-time nanny where I incorporated media-free, natural, Waldorf style learning. I make it a priority to encourage art, music, outdoor play and lots of engaging fun within each day. I like to integrate sign language in early learners, functional communication, social and adaptive skills. I'm vegan, gentle-spirited and full of potential love for your kiddos.

She is amazing with out kids, she taught my son to talk and he spoke full, coherent sentences by 2. She takes directions well and will care for the kids the way we ask, such as little to no media and GP. She also does laundry, dishes, lunches, organizing, and clean up. She will also involve the kids in a Montessori way. And she can read our kids well deciding if going out or staying in is best. She has gotten my daughter into crafts and does so well with her. I will be hiring her for date nights and ad hocs! The kids love her and we trust her!
