I'd describe my personality as supportive, responsible, friendly, charismatic, respectful and caring I love work with kids they are sweet and fun. I would like to be a mom ( is one of my biggest dreams) and taking care of them prepares myself for everything on the field someday I started working with kids when I was in my home country ( more than 5 years ago). I always had this love for kids, because I was working in children parties for many years and then I offered myself to help a friend with her baby. In my spare time, I like to watch tv shows, study English and I love to dance and sing One thing you should know about me is I like the communication a lot, ( and I talk a lot too) even if my English is still not 100% good yet, I like to feel that we are having a good communication because that is one of the bases to make any relationship work My skills include patience ( a lot), playful, good with baby's and toddlers.

Caroline is a very sweet and trustful person. She's always punctual very responsible and flexible. She's the one I trust to take my place when I can't work (l'm also a nanny) and the families love her.
