About Caroline

Thank you for taking the time to learn about my experience & philosophy. I'm a 2020 graduate of Eckerd College with a bachelor's degree in Human Development. Within my major, I grew an understanding of personal responsibility in the helping professions. I developed skills that supplemented my degree, such as critical thinking & efficiently working in a child-centered setting. I moved forward in the educational sphere as a teacher in grades K-2. Working with children is a passion of mine, I loved the idea of bringing my skill set to a new environment so I began nannying. My calm demeanor, positive personality, attention to detail & ability to multitask are qualities that I pride myself on in this field of work. As a professional nanny for 3 years, I've been considered a dynamic, hard working, honest & meticulous employee with the goal of providing a safe, enjoyable & educational experience for the children that I care for.
