Thank you for taking the time to learn about my experience & philosophy. I'm a 2020 graduate of Eckerd College with a bachelor's degree in Human Development. Within my major, I grew an understanding of personal responsibility in the helping professions. I developed skills that supplemented my degree, such as critical thinking & efficiently working in a child-centered setting. I moved forward in the educational sphere as a teacher in grades K-2. Working with children is a passion of mine, I loved the idea of bringing my skill set to a new environment so I began nannying. My calm demeanor, positive personality, attention to detail & ability to multitask are qualities that I pride myself on in this field of work. Caroline watched our girls (1 and 2.5 yrs old) for 10 weeks M-F when we first moved to St Petersburg. We couldn't get them into daycare right away and she was a complete lifesaver. Our entire family adores her (including our two pups) . She's warm, nurturing, encouraging, and just fun to be around. She was never late and was flexible when we needed to adjust times due to our work schedule. She loved spending time outside with the girls with daily walks to the park. I really can't say enough wonderful things about Caroline and we completely trust her with our babies.
