About Caroline

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, friendly, and go with the flow. I like working with kids because I enjoy their enthusiasm and different personalities, and I enjoy being able to help children thrive and grow. I'm looking for a job that is flexible and stable, with weekly hours within my time availability, with 1 to 3 children I can develop a caring relationship with and help learn and grow. I started working with kids when I was 15 as a babysitter, and then as a preschool assistant teacher at 18. I worked as an assistant preschool teacher during college as well, and now babysit as I attend graduate school at Harvard's graduate school of education. In my spare time, I like to make crafts, read, go to the gym, run, and cook! One thing you should know about me is I am comfortable in uncomfortable situations and will be able to help if a child is having an emotional moment. My skills include emotional regulation, screen free engagement, and gentle boundary setting.
