Any family would be more than lucky to have Caroline as their nanny. She has been caring for our son for the last 1.5 years and we are heartbroken to needing to part ways. The only reason is due to us getting into daycare, however she would be our first call if we went back to at home care. Caroline is incredibly reliable, trustworthy, and will care for your child like they are her own. She has a big heart, is extremely patient, and just has a way of connecting with kids. Our son was 3 months when she started care and he is now 22 months. As first time parents she's been able to help guide us through his developmental paths each step of the way. Caroline has a great network of local nannies and would ensure he was getting daily socialization with groups of kids while exploring all of the local libraries, parks, farms, splash pads etc. The experience we had was top notch. Caroline is phenomenal!
