About Caroline

My philosophy is to meet every child where they're at & to create safe spaces for them to thrive. I have a passion for nurturing the next generation & I have been doing it from a young age as I am an older sister to two younger brothers. In addition to watching over my brothers I have also babysat for family friends, worked in a day care center for four years, and currently work as a behavior therapist. With my work as a BT I support students on the autism spectrum with school activities (academics, learning and implementing routines, play & social skills). I have a bachelor's degree in elementary education, with these years of experience I have been able to work with and care for children aged 3 months all the way to pre-teens. Some of my interests include: being outside (going to the beach, hiking, swimming), reading, doing crafts, traveling, and hanging out with family, friends, and my cat. I look forward to the possibility of bringing my enthusiasm and dedication to your family!
