Hello, I am a certified caregiver, with over 15 years experience my role has predominantly been working with dementia clientele, I have worked in memory care Evergreen, and assisted living smith crossing, but prefer one on one. I am Very reliable, compassionate nurturing, patient . I believe in keeping clients engaged, and listen to their needs, encourage them to do as much as they can for themselves. follow a care-plan , music, exercise, walks, games, Arts , singing, etc. I can check basic vital signs I can run smaller errands, light house keeping, ADL'S etc. my strengths are reading clients who may not be able to use their voice or to confused to say what they need , I can read the cues..
