After working as an occupational therapist for the past 7 years with older adults in home, assisted living, skilled nursing, and long-term care settings, I realize my passion is for spending time with this population in their own homes. I love working with older adults and find I make an easy connection with them. I know people are happiest aging in their own homes or having family help care for them, and I would love to help support families who are doing this for their loved ones. I have an active OT license and am continuing to work with this population in a variety of facilities, but I know it's most meaningful at home.
