About Caroline

I'd describe my personality as positive, reliable, and nurturing! I like working with kids because of the activeness and creativity that comes with the job. I also appreciate the opportunity to have a positive impact on a child's growth and development. I'm looking for a job that shares my same values of respect, punctuality, and open communication. I started working with kids as a teenager in caretaking, tutoring, and service roles. I have continued working in these roles intermittently over the last 10 years throughout my own schooling. In my spare time, I like to exercise, bake, and watch documentaries. One thing you should know about me is I recognize the value of time and enjoying helping make others' lives easier! My skills include conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, and sharing enthusiasm.
