I have over five years of professional childcare experience with children ranging from 4 months to 12 years old, including nanny shares, live-in roles, part-time positions, and camp experience. In my current nanny share, I started when both children were 5 months old, and I've been with them consistently through their early developmental stages. In this role, I've supported their daily routines, developmental milestones, meal routines, naps, and created age-appropriate activities, while working closely with both families to maintain consistent communication and care. I'm experienced in caring for multiple children at once and adapting to different household dynamics and needs across families.
