I'm currently caring for a 4-month-old and a 2-year-old and love keeping kids engaged through arts & crafts, reading, and age-appropriate activities. I'm happy to help with light household tasks related to the children and can provide references upon request. Caroline was really outstanding. She brought a very calming presence and conveyed it to my 5 yo daughter without effort, was fully engaged in playing with her, as well as reading to her. You should know, my daughter is very shy around people she does not know and it takes her a good 30 minutes to warm up to people. Caroline came to our house, and it was all of 1 minute for my daughter to say her name, and walk up and shake hands. We have a number of baby sitters just because of availability issues, and Caroline has impressed me the most yet. Very level headed, knows how to do all that has to be done. We asked her to access everything she may need in the kitchen etc and she did exactly that to make lunch etc. My wife and I both are impressed. Caroline is very professional and knows how to work with a child. We trust her completely and will ask for her help first when the need arises.
