About Carolina

Hi, I'm Carolina! Caring for children has been a joyful part of my life for over 15 years. I've worked with kids of all ages as a babysitter, nanny, and in professional roles teaching wellness and nutrition. Helping children learn, grow, and feel supported is truly my passion. One of my favorite experiences was teaching yoga and mindfulness to K-12 students with Project Little Warriors. Watching their confidence grow as they mastered new poses and learned to breathe through challenges was incredibly rewarding. I've also taught bilingual cooking and nutrition classes at the Food Bank of South Jersey, guiding kids in preparing simple, healthy meals and encouraging them to explore new foods with curiosity and excitement.
