About Carolina

Hello! I'm Carolina, and I have over two years of experience working with children and as a House Manager. In Colombia, I worked as a tutor and teacher, supporting children academically and emotionally. After moving to the U. S., I worked as an au pair and gained hands-on experience caring for children in a family environment. I currently work full-time as a nanny and house manager, caring for children of different ages while helping with household organization and daily tasks. I'm caring, patient, reliable, and organized. I enjoy creating a safe and engaging environment through age-appropriate activities, play, and learning while respecting each family's routines and values. I'm available for part-time childcare and house management in the afternoons, weekends, and for occasional babysitting, including evenings.
