My name is Carolina, and I have over six years of experience working with children in a daycare setting. Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to care for and teach children of different ages, and I truly love watching them learn, grow, and build confidence. I would describe myself as kind, caring, patient, and supportive. I enjoy creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel comfortable exploring, playing, and learning. I strive to make every day engaging and meaningful. I believe children learn best when they're encouraged to try things on their own. While I'm always there to provide guidance and support, I gently challenge them to become more independent. Seeing a child accomplish something they didn't think they could is one of the most rewarding parts of my job. I look forward to providing dependable, loving care and treating your child with the same patience, encouragement, and respect that I would want for my own family.
