About Carolina

I have over 20 years of experience babysitting and nannying children ranging from just a few months old through their teen years as well as working with adults with disabilities. I stepped away from nannying full time to focus on my career, but I'm excited to return to supporting families during evenings and weekends. I currently work in the social services field with children, which has given me extensive experience in child safety, positive behavior support, and communicating with children of all abilities. I pride myself on creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where every child feels seen and supported. I love spending time with kids by being goofy, creative, and engaging, whether that means arts and crafts, imaginative play, or simply being a calm and dependable presence.
