Carolina was my au pair for a year and we absolutely loved having her with us. She is what I would call a baby whisperer. She is incredibly playful with kids but also knows how to stimulate babies/ toddlers so they are always working towards their next milestone. It was incredible seeing my son wave, blow kisses, take turns, plus speak between 5 & 10 words by the time he was 1 year old. She also is incredibly patient with little kids/ babies and takes her time getting to know them. She does not give up if a baby is fussy and will just try different things until she Finds the thing that calms the child she is caring for. personally, I learned a lot from her as she took care of my first and just had more experience in the baby world. She is very organized, clean and protective of kids. She will also do exactly as you say and you can confidently know that she is following your instructions to the T.
