I hired Carolina for overnight sleep consultant support with my 8-month-old son. We were struggling with frequent night wakings and getting him to stay asleep for longer stretches, so I wanted hands-on overnight support to help us improve his sleep and build a more consistent routine. Carolina was communicative, thoughtful, professional, caring, took the approach I wanted to go with (gentle), and was able to make real progress. My son is now doing a 7.5 hr - 9hr stretch each night without waking. Was honest and realistic about expectations with the approach I’d chosen - it did take us longer, but the results matched the timeline she predicted. Would recommend!
