Carol worked with us for over 6 months dealing with a very difficult and challenging medical situation. First and foremost, she is trustworthy and highly reliable - she does what’s needed and she was always willing to go the extra mile to ensure care for my significant other was delivered properly, medically sound, and with great compassion. She’s got a wonderful attitude which helped earn the respect and trust necessary to keep my significant other and our pet dog safe and comfortable. Toward the end of life, she was there no matter the time of day or hour to support our family.
