Caroleen is absolutely exceptional; we have hired her to watch our kids on a regular basis for over 6mo now and she's been incredible for both kids and parents. With kids, she spends her time playing with them, teaching them about the world and having fun, they just love her. For parents, she is 100% reliable, very well organized and is always on top of communication. She also gives the kids good nutrition advice (and cooks balanced and tasty meals!), helps with the tidying up/cleaning and is never on her phone! I cannot recommend Caroleen enough: we've got 3 kids and have had sitters for 9y and she's just the best!
