I have known Carmen for over 7 years. We first worked together in a daycare setting where I quickly realized she was a valuable employee and someone the daycare leaned on. She was able to manage all age groups and the children loved her.

Any family would be very lucky to have Carmen care for their children. Carmen worked for us for 1.5 years, from when our son was 9 months old until he was a little over 2 and started daycare. During this time she was a wonderful caregiver and teacher to him. She also taught us a lot about parenting along the way. Carmen is enthusiastic, patient, funny, kind, and nurturing, and goes above and beyond to make the days fun and educational. She is incredibly creative and made so many beautiful and clever crafts with our son, including by recycling old boxes into activities he loved. On any given day with Carmen our son would read books, sing songs, go out on adventures in the neighborhood, and make art. He learned so much in her care and they developed a special relationship that continues to this day. We wholeheartedly recommend her.

Carmen is very passionate about what she does. She does an amazing job looking after children in her care. Finding ways to stay entertained is definitely up her alley. From arts and crafts, to reading and singing, dancing and playing, this women just never ceases to amaze. I would highly recommend her as a nanny you won't regret it.

Not sure what to do, because if I describe Carmen truthfully, people are probably going to think that this is a fake review! I will say that she was our nanny for three years and two children. I call her 'the baby whisperer' because, although she's great with all ages, Carmen is just magic with babies. Her crafting activities are next level (yes, from newborn on up, she will have them painting!), and she loves to have them out and about with lots of physical play and walks. So caring, but also a total professional. I used to go to work and spend an entire day not worrying about how my kids were, because I knew they were in the best hands. Even now that my oldest is five, Carmen has a place in her heart that nobody else can touch.

A few yrs ago, Carmen cared for my son from 3 months - about 15 months in a private childcare center. We were all upset when she decided to leave to become a full-time Nanny. Our son thrived under her care and we never had a concern about his safety. Carmen really loves children and she ensures that their development and exposure to arts and crafts are met. In regards to arts and crafts, Carmen is extremely creative. She can make something out of nothing and make it look like it costs a million bucks! She is the most loving, attentive, creative and knowledgeable caretaker that anyone can ask for. She ensures that your child meets milestones and advises you if there are concerns. My husband and I had our second child and reached out to see if she was available but we no longer live near one another. 

Whoever snags Carmen as their Nanny won't regret it. She's top tier, for sure!
