I hired Carmen based on her professionalism, warm heart, and excellent references/experience. She has been our wonderful and soothing nanny to my ACTIVE baby/toddler for the past year. She's reliable, dependable, flexible to challenging work schedules, trustworthy, and always sincerely helpful. She knows she's doing important work of caregiving. She taught my baby/toddler so many things in a gentle, child play-led manner. Carmen would make anything interesting and joyful. Regularly, I'd overhear them laughing and making simple things fun. She earned my attached child's respect and love. My child continues to talk about Carmen with admiration on a daily basis. Carmen was respectful and adaptable to our evolving family preferences.
