I hired Carmen based on her professionalism, warm heart, and excellent references/experience. She has been our wonderful and soothing nanny to my ACTIVE baby/toddler for the past year. She taught my baby/toddler so many things in a gentle, child play-led manner. Carmen would make anything interesting and joyful. Regularly, I'd overhear them laughing and making simple things fun.
