Carmen has cared for our son several times. He is 4 years old now but she babysat for him when he younger. He absolutely loves her. We also had friends visiting and we had Carmen over to take care of our son and their son. Our friends were worried because their son does not generally want to stay with babysitters he just met, but he connected with Carmen right away and would not stop talking about her. Carmen is a gem!
