Carmen cared for our 2 year old daughter full-time for 4 weeks while we were waiting for a spot in a preschool to open up. She was great with our daughter who was resistant to a new caregiver after having spent the summer with us on vacation. Carmen was patient and playful with her. And they quickly got into the rhythm of things. Carmen was super helpful around prepping lunch and snack, doing some light clean up around the house and some laundry. She was also really sweet with our older daughter. We were so lucky to find her for this short-term help and I would whole heartedly recommend her to any family looking for a nanny, a baby-sitter, or a family helper!
