About Carmen

Carmen is, and will always be, a member of our family. From the very beginning, she seamlessly integrated herself into our home and our daily rhythm in a way that is incredibly rare. We often find ourselves wishing she could stay with us forever, and the only reason we are moving forward is due to timing and budget—not because of any lack on her part. Carmen is exceptionally reliable, punctual, and communicative. She always provides advance notice when time off is needed and communicates clearly and thoughtfully, which made planning and trust effortless. We always knew our daughter was in safe, capable, and loving hands. Her love for our daughter is genuine and evident in everything she does. Carmen works tirelessly each day to educate, care for, and stimulate her through age-appropriate activities, imaginative play, and intentional engagement. Her passion for entertaining and keeping our child busy throughout the day is truly unmatched. She quickly developed a consistent schedule and routine for our daughter and adhered to it, benefiting not only our child’s development but the overall flow and harmony of our household.
