About Carmen

I've always had a passion for caring for children, which is why I've dedicated the last two decades of my life to being a childcare provider. I'm patient and calm, but also creative and imaginative, which makes for a well-rounded and fun environment for children of all ages. To further enhance their experiences, I enjoy playing board games, puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and have experience caring for children of all ages, from toddlers to teenagers. I have a college degree, am CPR and First Aid certified, and speak both English and Spanish. When it comes to communication, I believe in transparency. I provide regular updates to parents about their child's day, either verbally at pickup or via text or phone call, whichever the parents prefer. I have a car, am comfortable with pets, and am available to care for one child at a time.
