About Carmen

I'd describe my personality as creative, open-minded, and light-hearted. I like working with kids because I love teaching children and watching them progress. I'm passionate about strong family units and the village it takes to raise children and I love being a support person for that. I'm looking for a job that is engaging, fulfilling, and where I can use my creativity and knowledge of child development to benefit a family/families. I started working with kids when I was 18 and in school for Early Childhood. In my spare time, I like to have family fun nights. I also love to read, crochet, and craft. One thing you should know about me is I would need to bring my 3yo daughter w/me. I'm an experienced preschool director and would love to provide a preschool experience. My skills include child development, safety, adaptability.
