Carmen was at my door right on time and introduced herself to me and my mother with a very genuine smile and readiness to help. I was actually the one running late and didn’t have time to thoroughly tell her what to do because she asked all the right questions concerning meals and medications and mobility concerns with my mother as I rushed out the door. By then Carmen had sliced up some fruits and that’s all it takes to make my mother happy! She had everything under control and didn’t contact me with questions while I was outdoors. My mother was very pleased. I will definitely hire Carmen again!
