We hired Carmen to take care of my 8 months old baby girl. Carmen is very organized, punctual and gentle. She bonded well with baby and understand baby cues. She offered great help to mom when baby take nap. She helped in cleaning, dishes, laundry. She also managed our 6 year old son after school. She discipline our son in various method and bonded well with him too . We had a peaceful time with her. Our family miss Carmen.
