Hi, my name is Carmen. I am currently seeking a new nanny position. I have worked with children ages new born through 12. I'm a nanny that has 10 years of experience and have excellent references. I am bilingual -I speak both English and Spanish. I enjoy working with kids, I am reliable, loving and caring. 
I like to spend a lot of time outside with the kids: library, story time, park, music class, gymnastics Etc.

Carmen joined our family when our son was 4 months old and was everything we hoped to find: loving, nurturing, trustworthy, and bilingual in Spanish/English. For 2.5 years, she was a reliable and punctual full-time nanny who cared for our son like her own, with great communication and thoughtful attention to his needs, routines, and development. We wish she could stay with us, but our son is starting preschool. We’re so grateful to have found her, and her next family will be very lucky!

Carmen is a wonderful caregiver and has watched my two active boys many times and navigated fun, care and support with intention and success. She is so gentle and kind! People will be lucky to have her watching their kids because she genuinely cares and stays super focused and attentive. I will continue to use Carmen and trust her entirely with my kiddos.  

We love Carmen!! She takes the best care of my four kids! She has cared for my baby since she was 3 months old. My other kids are ages 4-8. She is very responsible and I never have any concerns. My kids love her and are always very excited to have her come over!! 

Carmen was absolutely wonderful with our daughter! She took to her very easily. Carmen was able to take her daughter out on walks, to the library for story time, and all in all was just a pleasure to be around. We would highly recommend her for any family in need of childcare.

Carmen is kind, sweet, and always has a smile. She immediately made our daughter (18 months) comfortable through her warm attitude, easygoing and playful nature, and trips to the park. 

She’s reliable, and even has done light cleaning, making coming home a pleasant surprise every time. 

The only reason she’s not going to be our nanny anymore is due to our daughter going into daycare. I’d be more than happy to hire her again!

Carmen was a nanny to our son from 6 to 18 months of age. She was always very caring and patient with him. As first time parents, she helped us with a lot of things we were unsure of and still learning ourselves. It was really helpful that she is also a mom to 2 kids herself and has that experience. Carmen was always dependable and showed up on time everyday. She had a positive attitude and was flexible and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend Carmen to any family.

Carmen took care of my son for a year while he was about 6 months to 18 months old.  She was absolutely wonderful and I would recommend her to any family, especially one looking to expose their child to Spanish.  She is truly caring and loving and just such a gentle caregiver.  She's a mom of 2 young kids herself so she knows the ropes and was able to guide a first-time mom like me when I had lots of silly questions.  She prepared bottles, purees and other foods for my son.  She was always punctual, easy to communicate with (Spanish preferred), never had any surprises.  I would highly recommend Carmen! 

Carmen started caring for our daughter when she was a newborn at 5 months (now 2).  She was wonderful in engaging her with singing, music and interactive play. She followed our desired schedule, managed feedings and later on meals, and kept track of key things so I could have a reference.  She was reliable and flexible when needed, if my work meetings changed. I worked 100% from home and this worked smoothly and comfortably. She even taught our daughter Spanish! We highly recommend Carmen and will miss her (we are relocating). Happy to provide further references if helpful!

Carmen is so sweet, respectful and fantastic with children of all ages. She is calm and cheery and so wonderful!

We were blessed to have Carmen as our son's Nanny for a year. She was with him starting at 5 months. She is very reliable and dependable - she  hasn't been sick or late from day 1. Carmen is very loving, sweet, and patient. She's even taught him how to sign "more", "milk", and somehow is the only one that he will stay still for when getting a diaper changed!

As we are full-time working parents with no immediate family in the area, we struggled with the idea of having our first child with someone other than us or family. Pictures were sent to us via text on a daily basis, which helped to make our day brighter,knowing our son was safe and happy. As he got older, he enjoyed going to the park and story time with her. 

Carmen is highly recommended. While we will miss having Carmen around, we know that she will be a great addition to a new family.
