About Carmen

I have a passion for people. I believe praise, love, honesty, structure and empowerment are the perfect ways to guide others. I have one daughter. I was a single parent working two jobs during her childhood to attempt to see her to success. She will now graduate on May 2, 2015 from Ball State University. I am a very proud mother. I have worked in long term care with elderly individuals for over 18 years. I am a recreational director/dementia specialist. I have cooked and cleaned, completed laundry task and gardening. I have a love for life-happiness. I do my best each day to greet others, initiate conversation and make other laugh. I am a punctual individual and pay attention to detail. I would love to have an opportunity to work in a family environment.
