About Carly
Hello, As someone who has gone through the education system, and now studies psychology, I reflect back on the way I learned as a child, and what I needed to thrive. Although I excelled in subjects when I took the time to self teach, I am now aware that I have more of a visual and hands-on learning process. I would love to have the chance to break down material for students who need extra explanation or examples. I believe that my studies in psychology, along with my 15 years of working at a summer camp allow me to be an amazing tutor. If there is a subject that I need to refresh upon myself, I do not mind being honest about that and taking the time to make sure I am fluent in what the child is learning.
