About Carly

Hello, my name is Carly! I'm very optimistic and creative, and in my free time, I love to be outside, whether I'm kayaking, fishing, coloring, or just going on a walk in the morning. I played for Canton's travel soccer team for about 10 years, and I played for my high school team, then I played for 1 year in college! I enjoy working with children because I grew up being the oldest sibling in my family. I started my child care journey during high school, and cared for many families. I also worked at a gym in a daycare center during high school. After graduating, I worked a few different jobs, but eventually I decided to find a job in childcare, so I started working in early learning centers around Canton, MI. Since then, it's been my favorite job! I was an assistant teacher, mainly in preschool, but I also worked in the pre-k and school-age classrooms often. I have experience working with children ages 6 months to 12 years.
