About Carlton
Experience: 10 yrs
Bringing joy and nurturing care to children is my passion. For 10 years, I've dedicated myself to providing families with dependable childcare. I am patient, calm, friendly, and approachable. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. I have some college experience, am First Aid and CPR Training certified, and follow the parents' lead when enforcing household rules. I communicate with parents at pickup and follow their preferred communication method. Having a car and being comfortable with pets allows me to provide flexible and convenient care. I look forward to the opportunity to connect with you and your little one!
