I've known Carlisa all of her life. She's bright, friendly, honest and trustworthy. She's a very responsible person, and has always been mature beyond her years. When I've visited at her home, she's taken both of my grandchildren down the street to the playground and I had absolutely zero worries. Carlisa loves children and entertains them on their level - she will roll around on the ground with them, lay on the floor and play cars, or run around playing tag with them. She's very engaged when she's caring for children. I would highly recommend Carlisa for any child care position. If I had to provide child care for my grandchildren, I would choose her without hesitation.
