We love Carlie! We hired her as a full time nanny for our 1 yr old son and she was a great caregiver for him. She kept him busy with lots of age appropriate activities both in and out of the house and they had a lot of fun. We also really got along well with her and found her professional and easy to communicate with. When I decided to stay home with my son we no longer needed full time child care but it was hard to let her go and we were very sad to no longer have her as our nanny. I would highly recommend her to other families.
