Carlie is a unicorn! She watched our 18 mo and 3yr old (at the time) daughters full time last spring and summer. She was extremely dependable, hardworking, and excellent with our kids. She even came with our whole family on vacation at the beach for a week to help watch the girls and was easy going and super helpful. She would be a great addition to your family!
