I am a part-time Nanny. I love children, and have four younger brothers, and three younger sisters between the ages of with 7-19 year age gap. I have been babysitting for my siblings, family members, and neighbors since I was 13 years old, and working as a professional nanny for 8 years. I have spent time as an English as a foreign language teacher, and an Au pair in Italy. I feel very comfortable with children of all ages, but infants and toddlers are my strong suit. I am flexible, patient, and energetic. I love arts and crafts, games, and reading with the kids. I think it is very important for kids to be active, spend time being creative, and be outdoors when weather permits. Currently I nanny full-time (M-F, 8-5), and I am looking for occasional or regularly scheduled, date night or weekend babysitting jobs.

Carlie has been a wonderful addition to our family! We cannot imagine a more perfect person to care for our little boy. Carlie started with my son when he was just 2 months old and I was a nervous new mom returning to work. My son is now a happy, healthy and well behaved little 18 month old boy and we are thrilled with all the things Carlie has taught him. Carlie is very accommodating to different parenting styles and flexible when it comes to scheduling. She is dependable, loving and we don't know what we will do without her! If we could take Carlie with us to California we would!
