About Carli

Hi! My name is Carli, and I'm a caring, patient, dependable, and hardworking individual with over 10 years of childcare experience, including working in professional childcare centers such as The Nest Schools, Kiddie Academy, and Fishcreek Kids Academy. I have experience caring for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-aged children, as well as managing multiple children at once. My strengths include creating safe and nurturing environments, maintaining consistent daily routines, encouraging developmental milestones, and planning fun, age-appropriate activities such as sensory play, arts and crafts, reading, music, and outdoor play. I'm experienced with feeding, diaper changes, potty training, nap schedules, meal preparation, and helping children develop independence and social skills. I'm also CPR certified, attentive to each child's individual needs, and great at communicating with parents.
