Carley is a very nice girl however she is not ready to be an actual nanny (vs a daycare employee). Her experience is all daycare and she struggles with dealing with a toddler and their emotional needs and emotional ability. I have to say that my son did say that she hit him (and he had a small bruise on his face). However, she handled that conversation with such maturity and remained calm. I put up cameras and did not see any physical signs of maltreatment but I think she needs to be with older that have far fewer needs and can tell you if they truly experience something that is physically not ok. I definitely thought long and hard before posting this but ultimately I do believe that parents of young children have a right to know what *might* have happened. I saw this because he also said that she "makes bad decisions", bad decisions meaning pushing him to eat healthy food and go to bed on time! I'm happy to share my experience with her if you would like to reach out.
