About Carlene

I worked as a preschool teacher for the 2021-22 school year, which is what originally started my love of working with children! During that time I acquired my NASM personal training certification, and became a coach at The Little Gym. After acquiring my Children's Yoga certification, I started my own personal training business which included working with kids (ages 3-12) on their sports readiness skills, yoga, and beginner gymnastics! Besides sports and fitness, I also love birding and music- things I love sharing with kids! I also have always loved teaching, and originally went to college to be a child and adolescent psychologist. My degree is a BAS in Psychology with a focus on early childhood and adolescent development. I currently nanny a wonderful 2. 5-year-old one day a week, and have plenty of weekend availability for help with babysitting, at home childcare, or a recurring nanny position!
