Ms Carla is great! Very punctual. She messaged before appointed to inquire about kids interests, and came armed with a folder of crafts and activities that they loved. Also let us know while we were out that the kids were doing well. Gave the kids snacks, played and read to them and even got them into bed, and comforted a fussy kid back to sleep! She is professional, friendly, and obviously very good with kids. My children absolutely loved her! I would have her babysit again and again!
