I'm Carla, a dedicated nanny/babysitter with a passion for nurturing young minds and creating a safe, loving environment for children to thrive in. With 7+ years of experience in childcare, I bring a wealth of knowledge and skills to the table. From infants to toddlers all the way up to teens, I've had the privilege of caring for and witnessing the milestones of many wonderful children. What truly sets my heart aglow is the impact these children have had on me. I cherish the bonds formed and the memories created, holding each experience dear to me. My background includes being a Kindergarten & 1st Grade Co-Teacher at UASES, Substitute Teacher at Eastern Star Daycare, Preschool Teacher at St. Johns, 1st Communion Religion Teacher at St. Mary's, Site Director at Rome YMCA and currently at MVPC as a Mental Health Therapy Aide! I am CPR/First Aid and BLS certified, have childhood ed credits at MVCC, NYS fingerprinted, NYS and Aspire trained.
