We had the pleasure of working with Carla when my son was about four months old, and although our time together was shorter than I would have liked, she made a truly positive impact on our family. Carla is a kind, gentle, and attentive nanny who clearly cares deeply about the children she works with. One thing that really stood out was her passion for nutrition- she spent time making fresh purées for our baby, which we greatly appreciated. She was very respectful of our son’s nap schedule and went above and beyond to ensure he got the rest he needed, even holding him when necessary if naps didn’t go as planned. That level of care and attentiveness meant a lot to us. Carla also helped by picking up our two older boys from elementary school and was always a careful and safe driver, which gave me peace of mind. Beyond her professionalism, Carla is simply a wonderful person. I genuinely enjoyed our conversations and found we shared many common interests. She was consistently dependable and easy to communicate with. I would absolutely recommend Carla to any family looking for a nurturing, reliable, and thoughtful nanny.
