About Carla

Nurturing children's growth has been my professional focus for over 20 years. I am a kindergarten teacher with a B. S. in Elementary Education and have my masters degree in Special Education. My experience as an Elementary school teacher and previously a preschool teacher allows me to create enriching, developmentally appropriate environments for children aged newborn to 11. I am patient, calm, and creative, finding joy in everything from outdoor sports to educational puzzles. I hold current CPR Training and First Aid Training certifications to ensure a safe setting for your little ones. I am happy to assist with carpooling or creative crafts to support your family's busy schedule. I prioritize clear communication, following your preferred method to discuss your child's day, and I am always happy to follow your lead on household rules.
