About Carissa

I've been working with kids for years now, and keep going back to those types of jobs because of how much I love caring for them. I grew up in a large family so taking care of lots of kids comes easy for me - our childhood was filled with creativity and imagination, and lots of value for togetherness as a family. I am a highly creative person, and everything I do I do in gentleness and kindness. I currently live with a family, (kids ages 7mo, 4yo, 6yo) so obviously I love children. Can't get enough of them :) I also have lots of experience with infants, children with special needs, and kids needing extra amounts of love. I have a very calming presence and have a lot of recourses on how to regulate their little systems.
