Hello my name is Carissa. I graduated with a degree in exercise science/physical education from Pittsburg State University. All through college I was a big sister through BBBS program! I have worked at Presentation Early Childhood Center and a kids club in the gym! I have been babysitting/nanny for over 14 years now. I have also worked as a long term 3rd grade substitute teacher and currently a full time sub everyday! I am very comfortable with taking care of children of all ages! I love playing sports and being outdoors. I am currently looking for a full time position but open to anything! (CPR and First aid certified). Carissa was such a god-send for our family last Fall! We hired her as our part-time nanny for our 14 month old daughter, who had never been around any other caregiver but her parents. Our daughter loved Carissa! She is wonderful with children, has former experience working in childcare centers, and has such a friendly personality. She always made sure our daughter stuck to her schedule, and had so much patience on "fussy" days. Carissa moved out our area, but we would take her back in a second if we could.
