About Carin

I'd describe my personality as flexible, creative, and hard working. I like working with kids because it challenges me to be creative and open minded. I'm looking for a job that allows me to support children in an environment that is engaging and safe. I started working with kids when I was in high school. I started as a baby sitter for my neighbors and then moved on to working as a sports camp counselor for elementary aged kids. I worked 3 years at a corporate daycare and about 5 years as a nanny. I'm currently finishing my 6th year of teaching second grade. In my spare time, I like to watch movies, try new restaurants, explore local parks and play board games with friends and family. One thing you should know about me is that I'm reliable and take my job seriously. My skills include problem solving, creative thinking and high energy.
