I have over 15 years of experience working with children. I have experience as a nanny and teacher in a public school setting. I love to work with kids and watching them grow. I also conduct and teach parenting classes. It my greatest desire to build communication in families and to reconstruct behavior that focuses on creating a family unit. Families should grow with their child and for more information about the services I can be emailed through this site. When I nanny for a child, I view myself as a child educator more than a nanny. I believe that everything is a learning experience and a chance for the child to develop. I like to have open communication with the parents that I work for as I feel that will provide the best support for the child. I keep a structured routine, but I also know that there has to be flexibility in that things happen. I have experience sleep training babies and potty training.
